Sandra Noonan, called "The Sustainability Savant" by QSR Magazine, is a sustainability consultant, researcher, and educator who has worked across multiple industries including food and beverage, media and communications, financial services, and education.

Previously, Sandra was Chief Sustainability Officer at Just Salad, where she led a successful effort to certify the company as a B Corp® — a rarity within the fast-casual restaurant industry. In that role, she oversaw the world's largest restaurant reusable packaging program, demonstrating how circular, zero-waste solutions can be deployed at scale.

Sandra created one of the U.S. restaurant industry's first carbon labeling schemes, which was a Fast Company World Changing Ideas finalist and the subject of a behavioral study by Harvard and University of Pennsylvania researchers. She has spoken about her work before various audiences at conferences like SXSW, Circularity, and Verge, as well as universities including Duke and NYU.

Seeking to help other companies scale reusable packaging schemes, she launched a Reusable Packaging Masterclass, which was attended by Fortune 500 companies and startups alike.
